In today’s blog post I am sharing a 10 minute YouTube video for you to watch. I had planned to write about something else this week, but I came across this video on YouTube instead. I was very encouraged when I watched this video. I’m very thankful that I came across this instead. The video is from a girl called Melody Joy Cloud. She talks about why it is so important to share our testimony with others. Melody also talks about why we shouldn’t be ashamed of sharing our own testimony, and how freeing it can be when we do.
This message was very timely for me, because I have been finding it hard to share my own story these last few months. I also think that what Melody shares is an importance message that we all can benefit from hearing. I’m especially sharing it for those who are struggling to speak up and share their own testimonies.
We are sometimes afraid of sharing our own testimonies because we fear what other people will think of us. But we shouldn’t let fear stop us from sharing our testimonies because our testimonies as Melody shares, can change someone else’s life.
Most of us think that our testimonies do not matter. But they do matter. Your story matters.
God created you for a purpose. He wants you to share your testimony, so others can find the same freedom that you did.
